Include in your email
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:
- Your app version (Settings → About)
- Your device model and iOS version
- A clear description of the issue and what you were doing
- Screenshots or screen recordings if relevant
- The email address linked to your account
Reporting safety issues
To report harassment, illegal content, or other safety concerns, use the in-app Reportfeature (tap the "..." menu on any profile, post, or message). Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. For urgent issues, email safety@challengeez.com.
